Descending order of Matras:

1. Teentaal (D) - 16 beats.
2. Ektaal (B) - 12 beats.
3. Jhaptaal (C) - 10 beats.
4. Kaharwa (A) - 8 beats.

2. Chaturasra (D) - 4 beats per cycle.
3. Khanda (C) - 5 beats per cycle.
4. Mishra (A) - 7 beats per cycle (largest).

Bol refers to ragas cycle in Indian classical music, particularly in relation to percussion instruments like the Tabla. It consists of a series of beats that are repeated cyclically.
