Step 2: Pranayamas.
Two pranayamas recommended for hypertension are: - Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing): This pranayama calms the nervous system, reduces stress, and helps in lowering blood pressure.
- Bhramari (Bee Breath): This breathing technique induces relaxation and helps in reducing hypertension by calming the mind and lowering stress levels.
