(C) Interleukin-2: Therapeutic Use: Interleukin-2 is mainly used for treating cancer. Animal Cell Line: The most used cell line for production of Interleukin-2 is CHO cells.

(D) Tissue plasminogen activator (tPA): Therapeutic Use: Tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) is used in treating stroke and dissolves blood clots. Animal Cell Line: tPA is produced using CHO cells.
