Astral rays are formed of microtubule. Microtubule are unbranched tube like structure present in the cell and mainly consist of a protein tubulin.

Plant cell wall is made up of cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin and lignin, etc. About chains of cellulosic molecules forms one micelle and micelles construct one microfibril.
